Lever Assembly For Aluminium FC

We supply Spare lever assembly for Aluminium Melting furnaces. We had developed Plug and lever assembly, this is mechanical lever assembly used to open close the ceramic disc opening with the Ceramic Plug. These are normally used in stationary type tower furnace and other stationary Aluminium melting furnaces.
Ceramic Disc is fixed in the furnace metal outlet port and ceramic plug is fixed in the lever assembly. The arrangement is provided for opening and closing of Ceramic Disc port with movable Ceramic Plug. Thus Molten aluminium is discharged from furnace with this Ceramic Plug and Disc assembly.
