Auto Charging Loader

A Charging loader is used in Aluminium Tower Melting Furnace for charging Billets / Scrap inside melting chamber of furnace. Scrap is charged from the Top shaft portion of Tower Furnace. The weight per lift of charging bucket is depending on the melting capacity of furnace. Charging Loader consists of frame, drive unit with shaft, Bearings, Rollers, Sprockets, Limit Switch, and Hydraulic Cylinders etc. Normally Charging loader is operated vertically up and down position only, we had designed and developed charging Loader with Forward Reverse movement in addition to up down movement.
