Ceramic Plug and Disc

We supply high quality Ceramic Plug and Disc for Aluminium Melting furnace. These are normally used in stationary type tower furnace and other stationary Aluminium melting furnaces. Ceramic Disc is fixed in the furnace metal outlet port and ceramic plug is fixed in the lever assembly. The arrangement is provided for opening and closing of Ceramic Disc port with movable Ceramic Plug. Thus molten aluminium is discharged through Ceramic Plug opening from furnace. Ceramic Plug and Disc are part of Plug and Lever Assembly.
