Charging Pusher For Reheating Furnace

The pusher furnace has a hydraulic or mechanical pushing system which pushes the Billets / slabs one against each other along the full length of the furnace, thus the Billets moves forward from the charging to the discharge end of the furnace.
Charging Pusher Types :
A) Hydraulic
B) Mechanical Gear Box operated
The Size of Hydraulic Cylinder or Gear Box is depends on pushing load i.e. Nos of billets and weight of billets inside furnace.
