Burner Sequence Controller
Burner sequence controller is electronic device used to control and monitor the Burner firing sequence. It is normally mounted in control panel. Burner controllers were programmed for different firing sequence as per requirement. All the output signals given from burner controller for Ignition, Solenoid Valve etc and feedback signal taken from Flame.
Normal sequence of burner controller is as follows :
Once Cycle start it will open the air motorised valve for purging after purging completion it give signal to Ignition transformer for creating spark at ignition electrode same time Gas solenoid Valve open and if flame generated Flame Rod/ UV Sensor sense the flame and give feedback to burner controller. If flame is healthy and sensed by flame sensor then the gas solenoid valve kept open by burner controller.
In case flame failure burner controller put off all the outputs and give lockout signal.
